The Dick Act and the Second Amendment

In light of Obama's interest in disarming America, there's a lot of interest in the Second Amendment, but are you familiar with the Dick Act (otherwise known as The Militia Act of 1903).

With the federal government so intent upon abrogating the sovereign individual States, the governors of said States need to review and implement the provisions and requirements of The Dick Act.
