California Taking Guns Away From Nut Cases

California is now aggressively, and forcefully taking guns away from mental patients and others on their "no gun list".  That may sound good and in many cases it may be, but who decides who goes on the list and why.

I remember a recent story on a fat guy who was on the History Channel's "Preppers" series.  His cardiologist told him he needed a series of tests.  He couldn't afford the tests and refused.  The doctor then considered him suicidal, referred him for psychiatric evaluation and he was involuntarily committed for a short time.  Guess what?  You guessed it; they used the mental commitment to take his guns away.  SHIT WADS!
