The 5th Amendment seems to be the only part of the Constitution the Obama administration is familiar with.

DOJ, FBI, State, IRS, HHS, EPA, etc.; none of the these agencies seem to know what they have been doing or how they've gone about it when questioned about their abuses of office, or tyranny of the people they are supposed to serve.

But Jay Carney is the poor guy most often in the hot seat and seems to have perfected the art of not answering questions.
