The chart below depicts rate of crime, by category committed by the general public vs those committed by law enforcement. Looks like cops aren't much into robbery, but they sure like to grope and rape. Why do we need cops if they are no better than those they are supposed to police?

The cops are into robbery, except they call it "contraband" or "civil forfeiture". I had family that were cops. They always had cases of liquor and guns they had "taken off the streets". Most traffic tickets are nothing but "legal" highway robbery.
