This came from a Rig Manager for Global Marine Drilling in St. Johns ,Newfoundland .. They actually have to divert the path of these things away from the rig by towing them with ships!
Anyway, in this particular case the water was calm and
the sun was almost directly overhead so that the diver wasable to get into the water and take this picture.
I once ranted and raved on a blog called Seaspook's Rants. Since coming ashore I've observed how things work and I've come to the conclusion that we all eventually become Democrats. The honorable, only after death.

My cousins live in St. Johns, Newfoundland. When I was up visiting them once we all went to Torbay and stuck our heads in the water to see the same thing with an iceberg that was sitting out in the bay. It's amazing how clear the water up there can be.
