Should Of Shot the Bastard
NEW ORLEANS POLICE) – Detectives are asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for an attempted armed robbery which occurred this past Saturday, around 5:05AM, 1900 block of Burgundy Street.
On Saturday, 4/27/13 at or about 5:05AM, the victim was walking in the 1900 block of Burgundy when he was approached by an unknown black male. The subject pointed a shotgun at the victim’s face and stated give me your money. The victim disarmed the gunman and then chased him.
Moments later the victim was approached by two black males in the black four door sedan (possibly a Honda Accord). The driver of the vehicle said to the victim “give me my gun back and I’ll give you your phone that you dropped”. The victim then used the shotgun to strike the rear windshield of the vehicle causing it to break. The two subjects then fled on Frenchmen to St. Claude and then unknown. The incident was captured on nearby video surveillance.

Underground America
Now its being reported that our underground economy is the only thing keeping the country afloat. Just goes to show things work well when there is no government involvement, and further proof that liberals are transforming the world's last super power into a third world nation. "Hope and Change".
CNBC: "The growing underground economy may be helping to prevent the real economy from sinking further, according to analysts.
The shadow economy is a system composed of those who can't find a full-time or regular job. Workers turn to anything that pays them under the table, with no income reported and no taxes paid — especially with an uneven job picture.
"I think the underground economy is quite big in the U.S.," said Alexandre Padilla, associate professor of economics at Metropolitan State University of Denver. "Whether it's using undocumented workers or those here legally, it's pretty large."
"You normally see underground economies in places like Brazil or in southern Europe," said Laura Gonzalez, professor of personal finance at Fordham University. "But with the job situation and the uncertainty in the economy, it's not all that surprising to have it growing here in the United States."
Estimates are that underground activity last year totaled as much as $2 trillion, according to a study by Edgar Feige, an economist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison."

Computers Cannot Replace People
Business Insider: The Navy's troubled Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) USS FREEDOM has sailed to Singapore on its first deployment and into another host of potential problems.
Andrea Shalal-Esa at Reuters reports the ship was tested by Navy hackers for cyber-vulnerabilities when it first arrived for its eight month tour abroad. The tests showed "vulnerabilities", but the Navy isn't letting that get in the way of its first official deployment.
The LCS is designed to perform close to shore and with as little crew as possible while relying on its mammoth central computer. The computer accepts interchangeable mission packages (MPs), or modules, designed for various types of missions. They're supposed to aid in everything from navigation to tactics.
All of which is great, but with a skeleton crew of 40 sailors manning a nearly 400 foot ship, that networking ability is key to the vessel's mission and survival. And if the network gets hacked it could raise no end of issues and concerns.

He does respect Kayne West.
While he has no job, nor is looking for one, he is well fed.
He has no skills outside of crime.

The New Pinkertons
Back in the mid 19th and early 20th centuries the Pinkertons did it all. They helped the railroads stop train robberies, they hunted down criminal fugitives, they put down union strikes, and acted as secret military agents.
They were in effect, the Secret Service, Marshals Service, FBI, and Homeland Defense all rolled in to one, and they weren't even a government agency.
One of the things that made them so effective is that they weren't subject to the controls placed on public officials and often ignored and violated established laws and civil rights and they got away with it.
Finally, with the Anti-Pinkerton Act in 1893, federal law stated that an "individual employed by the Pinkerton Detective Agency, or similar organization, may not be employed by the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia."
That begs the question; how has the Federal government been permitted such extensive use of contract soldiers such as Blackwater in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, and what's to keep them from acting as double-agents, and what assures that they conform with the laws and rules of engagement our military must abide by.
That, my friends is exactly why they are used; they provide cover for the politicians when something needs to be done which is not politically correct or is illegal.
Now, with the advent of the Boston Marathon bombing tragedy, it has come to light that contract police much like the Pinkertons of old are being used again. In this case, they are known as The Craft.
The Federal Government is bursting at the seams with law enforcement, DHS, BATF, FBI, INS, ICE, US Marshall's Service, etc, etc. Why do they need contract police? Plausible deniability?

11 Live: FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. -- A police officer who was waiting in the drive-thru line at a McDonald's restaurant in Forsyth County is accused of pulling a gun on the customer ahead of him because the officer was angry at having to wait for his food.
The off-duty officer is Detective Sgt. Scott Biumi, 48, of the DeKalb County Police Department. Biumi is charged with felony aggravated assault on the customer. 11Alive News was not able to reach him for comment Wednesday night.
However, we knocked on his door in Cumming on Thursday and Biumi came to the door only to tell us the name of his attorney.

Gold - What to Do
Gold prices are cratering. Some forecast gold dropping to $750.00 per ounce.
I'm thinking long-term, no worries, but short-term some of us could really take a big hit. If you bought in past two years you've already taken a big hit.
So sell now at a loss and buy back when it bottoms, or sit tight and wait it out?

I've Lost a Dear Relative
I had a dear uncle whom I was very fond of. I traveled the world and was so proud of the relationship I had with him and I proudly wore the clothes which identified me as a member of his family. I was prepared to defend him and his honor with my life. I had his back and I believed he had had mine.
I don't much like that uncle any more, and what's worse, I don't trust him.
He's become domineering, demanding, mean spirited, and even demented. He feels no loyalty to me, but demands it of me. He seems to care more about our neighbors than he does his own relatives and has gone on a spending spree which will rob the future of the entire family, and he is a pathological liar.
I am hoping the rest of the family will join me in a drastic intervention to rehabilitate the grand ole uncle I loved so much.

The Secret FDIC Proposal That Puts Your Savings At Risk:
The financial media and elite have been trying to convince the world that Cyprus was a unique situation… a “one time” deal… and that our money is safe in the banks.
This is untrue.
Spain, Canada, and New Zealand have already proposed similar measures through which individuals’ SAVINGS accounts would be used to prop up the banks during times of Crisis.

It’s a simple question of math regarding #1. Banking deposits are in the trillions of Dollars and most deposit insurance entities only have a few billion Dollars in funds. Obviously, if a large bank were to fail under these circumstances there wouldn’t be the funds to cover deposits…
Regarding #2, politicians have begun to realize that the public simply won’t stomach another Federal bailout of the banks. So instead of getting everyone and their children to chip in by using the public’s funds… they’re going after the deposits of a select few people who have their funds IN the troubled bank.
Their thinking is that if you can’t steal a little from everyone, you might as well try to steal a lot from a few people.
Could this happen in the US?
You better believe it. In fact, the FDIC has already put forth a proposal to do EXACTLY this in the event of a Crisis.

Decide WHAT banks are systemically important. Take control of any “systemically important” bank that it deems at risk of default. Once in control of the bank, YOUR savings deposits can be “written down” in value (meaning you LOSE money you thought was yours) as part of the bank bailout.
Less than 99% of Americans realize this is the case, but the legislation allowing this is already IN PLACE and the FDIC has already written out the rules for what will happen.
