The Telegraph:  Vladimir Putin hires Boyz II Men to boost the Russian birth rate.

Authoritarians know how to have fun.

Obama seems to qualify, he spends more time having parties at the White House, taking vacations and golfing than he does working.  In his case, that's a good thing, because when he works, we suffer.
